HOW TO ORDER

1. Go to Order Form > Contact Us
2. Fill in all the *Required Field (Item code, quantity & amount)
3. Double check your order items, delivery information and total amount before you click purchase.
4. Order Number will be given within the next 24 hours as proof of your order confirmation.

PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

1. Payment are to be Done within 2 Working Days once Order Submitted with (Order No.SKxxxx)
2. If you are using Online Transfer / ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit / Interbank GIRO Transfer,Kindly Inform us (Order No & Bank & Exact Amount & Time) after Payment Done via 'Contact Us'or sms.
3. Items will be sending out on every Wednesday and Saturday if Payment is Confirmed.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. When you purchase more than RM25 with us, we are giving out FREE DELIVERY to you! RM25 below West/ East Malaysia flat rate RM4.50 3-10 working days.
2. We reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
3. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
4. If you have given us an undelivered address or contact number thus causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.

ADDITIONS

1. Kindly write down your payment method at the MEMO TO SELLER. For example : If you wish to pay via Maybank. Please write MAYBANK

2. 付款后请通过电邮或简讯通知我们您的订单编号，收款银行，时间和准确款额。
3. 商品订单接到通知确认款到后，会在每个星期三和六为您发货，

发货付款

1. 为了减低您的负担,凡购买上RM25, 运费完全免费!! RM25以下东马/西马统一收费 RM4.50 3-10工作日
2. 我们会依据您的发货地区，商品重量来决定最划算及最有效的运送方式， 买家不可有异议. 如果特定的运送公司到达不了你的地区，请在订单上特别说明.
3. 出货后，我们会用电邮联络您有关包裹的追踪号. 在发货后的交货期限后还没有收到包裹，请您直接联络有关快递公司以了解情况.
4. 如果您填写了错误(或无人签收)的地址或联络电话而导致包裹被退回来, 我们不会负责有关重发的邮费. 买家必须另付邮费,我们才会帮你重新发货.

1. 请在MEMO TO SELLER 填写您的付款方式 . 例如： 如果您想使用马来亚银行付款. 请在Memo To Seller 填入 MAYBANK
